<p align="center">It gets such a bad wrap, but really SPAM can be a good thing.&#160; Especially when it is found in Spam Musubi.&#160; I had read about Spam Musubi before mine and the Husband&#8217;s trip to Hawaii a couple of years ago. Spam Musubi is a Hawaii snack that is very similar to sushi.&#160; It is a cooked slice of Spam on top of sushi rice, wrapped in a piece of nori (seaweed).&#160; I became addicted to this tasty treat when we had some in Maui.&#160; While the Husband and I lived in San Francisco, we had Hawaiian restaurants available to us and Spam Musubi whenever the craving struck.&#160; However, here in Blount County I have yet to locate a place that specializes in Hawaiian cuisine.&#160; So I had to take matters into my own hands and make my own Spam Musubi.&#160; May I say that it was tasty!&#160; And I know, Spam is pork, which I am not really allowed to have.&#160; But once every few months isn&#8217;t going to kill me, right?</p>
