This recipe ended up being not-so-sweet Sweet and Sour Chicken. Tasty, but not the what I remember as Sweet and Sour Chicken from my Chinese take-out days.

For dinner tonight, I already had the multi-grain Mission tortillas, pineapple-mango salsa and shredded Mexian blend cheese. I really like this combination, especially the pineapple-mango salsa.
