I really like that Carnival counts down the days until your cruise. Yes, I finally booked my Alaskan cruise! I have a goal to visit all 50 states before I turn 30, which means I have to visit Alaska this year. We finally decided to go for the Glacier Bay cruise with Carnival. It is a week long, round-trip from Vancouver. I have never been to Vancouver, so we will be going over 3 days before the cruise to check it out. That makes for a nice 10 day vacation. I can’t wait! And that reminds me… I really need to edit all those European Vacation photos. I went on the trip in October, but I haven’t touched a photo. Another thing for the List.

Ashley…I am so happy you are getting to go to Alaska! I was there in 1981. It was fantastic! Alaska is the kind of place you visit and the images will remained burned into our mind for the rest of your life. Travel Tip: Since you know Billy E. and his family, you ought to think about contacting them prior to your visit. He or his family may be able to offer tips on attractions and maybe even discount ideas.
